She is available to see patients 16 and older for solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EAP consultations, pet bereavement, strengths based therapeutic work and addiction support. She is available via telemedicine only.

Dr. O’Connor is available to work with children and families, adolescents, and adults of all ages. She provides treatment for stress, anxiety, depressive, social, attention, and adjustment-related issues, as well as parenting and school-related challenges. To support individuals on their journeys toward acceptance and empowerment, Dr. O’Connor uses a holistic, integrated approach informed by training and experience implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology techniques. Dr. O’Connor is also available to conduct Independent Educational Evaluations for students and ADHD diagnostic evaluations for children and adults. She is a NYS Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist.
